What you’ll do:

Manage receiving and processing incoming stock and materials for our events. Be the main point of contact of the events international team and support all operational needs. Oversee picking and filling orders from stock, packing and organizing orders and ensures accuracy in all incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, Receive, and Load all local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered match as per invoice and delivery order.
  • Collect shipments, handle documentation, and organize shipments in the facility.
  • Manage monthly inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels in order to detect material reaching low stock and request cabin load of material and inform the concerned parties regarding changes, material shortages, excess and any deviations, etc.
  • Assist with Miami Catering and other tasks assigned by the management based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with heavy workload and stand for a prolonged period with ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
  • Ability to drive a sit-down or stand-up forklift and operate an electric pallet jack
  • Work in a fast- paced environment with excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines and substantial workload
  • Outstanding and transparent communication skills
  • Capable to work independently and in a team environment
  • Dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer service
  • Flexible to work (different shifts –days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on approach and ability to react with a sense of urgency
