We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. The Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring safety standards are met, and training and supervising warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Logistics for e-cormmerce
- Manage day-to-day operations of warehouse, including receiving, re-packaging and shipping
- Maintain high levels of efficienct and accuracy in daily operations
- Maintain that workloads remain consistent with growing sales and shipping goals
Team Management
- Lead and develop warehouse teams
- Manage warehouse staff through means of coaching, counseling, and disciplining.
- Plan, monitor, and appraise warehouse employee job results
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Participates in the hiring process for warehouse team
- Responsible for the training, coaching and performance management of each member of the team
Cross-functional Communication
- Ensures efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments.
- Communicates with vendors as needed to ensure timely delivery of ordered products and equipment
Data
- Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve warehouse operations
- Implement and training employees for ERP/ WMS
Minimum Requirements:
- Mandarin-speaking is preferred
- 2-5 years or more of warehouse floor management experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal and cross-funcational communication skills
- Exceptional proven leadership ability, preferred history of managing large teams
- Knowledge of e-commerce is preferred
- Comprehensive Knowledge of warehouse procedures
- WMS or ERP systems experience is a major plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Ability to physically lift, move, and handle pacakges on a daily basis
