Warehouse Selectors are an essential part of our day to day processes and require attention to detail, organizational skills, as well as a great attitude.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform general physical activities load, unload, sort and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment
Perform tasks in multi-temperature environments
Select merchandise for shipment and stack on pallet neatly by using a pallet jack or forklift
Use a pick sheet to find out individual items inside warehouse
Breakdown and restack merchandise from pallets
Verify quantity of the products
Ensure items pick accurately and safely to prevent damage
Keep warehouse tidy by picking up scrap wood, paper, plastic wrappers, and broken pallets
Maintaining a food-safe environment
Report any damaged equipment to shift supervisor or maintenance staff
Other duties as assigned.
Required to be punctual.
Forklift/pallet jack 1 year
Must be able to pass a drug test
Education and Experience:
Previous warehouse experience preferred Physical Requirements:
Frequent walking, kneeling, standing, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and lifting 50+ lbs.
