Full Job Description
We are looking to hire entry level restauration helpers and technicians. Our company works on residential and commercial loss projects, repairing damage from fire, mold, wind, water, and natural disasters. We prefer candidates who have experience on some of the following skills, though we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Repair or construction experience and who are familiar with demolition techniques (Handyman and demolition experience is a plus but not necessary)
• Water, Fire, Smoke and Mold remediation experience
• Hazardous material containment
• Electrical and manual tools handling
• Interact with customers, builders, and sub-contractors
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings
• Inventory and request equipment and supplies
• Maintain a variety of equipment ensuring they are in safe and working order
• Working directly under the lead technician supervision; together you would perform each job to ensure the best service available to each customer.
Requirements:
• Must be able to communicate well with clients and team members
• Must speak English, Bi-Lingual is a plus.
• Clean driving record.
• Documentation and Record Keeping (Ability to fill out paperwork accurately is required)
• Flexibility for work after hour and/or on call emergency work
• Able to lift 50 Lbs
• Requires ability to follow detailed instructions and all safety regulations.
• Need to have a flexible schedule and be available to work overtime, nights, and weekends.
• Willing to go through a background check and drug test.
You will work with an experienced technician and be expected to meet on the job site or at the office and ride together.
