Responsibilities and Duties
• Set up station according to guidelines
• Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures, portion controls and presentation specifications
• Restocks all items as needed throughout shift
• Maintains work area practicing proper safety and organizational skills
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Ticket time awareness and communication
• Above Average Wages Paid With Experience!
Qualifications
• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
• Knowledge concerning safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• Previous Prep or Line Cook experience
• Professional/Courteous Communication Skills
• Ability to take direction and work in a Team environment
• Self-Motivated
• Commitment to serving high-quality products in a quick and efficient manner.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and storage areas
