Grill / Cook
We are looking for full or part-time prep and grill cook who is reliable, skilled, and experienced. Apply online with resume showing applicable experience.
Requirements:
- Reliable in both communication and transportation.
- Can work at a fast pace with a good attitude in a small team.
- Communicate clearly and with accurate timing.
- High multitask skill.
- Good cleaning and sanitation skills and able to work off a checklist.
- Prep food items off checklist in-between orders with little oversight.
- Can read tickets and make items based off requests.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Must be comfortable using gloves and have a professional appearance.
- Lift up to 50IBS and can squat, bend, turn and stand on feet for duration of the shift.
Hard-eworker who is skilled in hand tossing dough; at least 2 year’s .
- Have experience with a brick oven (baker’s pride) at least 2 years.
- Know how to use screens for pizza and specialty items; at least 2 years.
For grill:
- Must know how to use flat top grill, simultaneously with fryers and convection oven; at least 2 years.
