QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a front-line warehouse/Inventory specialist in the Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning business.
- Strong ServiceTitan experience. A Plus
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Ensure inventory records are always accurate
- Complete cycle counts of trucks and warehouse as planned
- Ensure purchase orders match invoices for reconciliation
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure no stock outs and communicate items at risk
- Place purchase orders with suppliers.
- Track and follow up on back orders and items in shipping limbo
- Remove/monitor items with low or no usage from stock
- Remove/monitor obsolete items from stock
- Remove/monitor out of box items
- Generate sales analytics to measure item usage
- Understand and benchmark inventory turns and days.
- Maintain an accurate physical inventory
- Maintain warehouse & keep clean and organized
- Assist in monthly closing on financials as needed
- Price shop all vendors to ensure buying items at best cost and value
- Responsible for initiating and leading initiatives related to inventory
- Forecast inventory needs by reviewing stock levels and SKU performance.
- Coordinate accurate and punctual inventory allocation
- Research new product lines
- Use knowledge of supply house product offering, best price, strengths, and locations to maximize efficiency and save the company money
Competencies for Success
· General accounting concept knowledge relating to inventory
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Advanced Excel knowledge a plus!
· Self-starter/resourceful – able to independently work, learn & plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion
· Experience with inventory management software -ServiceTitan a Plus
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with technicians, call center, finance and upper management
· Ability to use financial metrics to accurately read and diagnose business performance. The ability to use all levers to maximize key performance metric outputs
· Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solving
· A self-motivated leader who is accountable for one’s work
· Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data
· High degree of action orientation and strong negotiation skills

Hourly Starting Range $16 – $18
