-This is for baking bagels only
-Must be available Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM
***Physical Requirements: must be able to lift 50 pounds, handle a hot-temperature environment with commercial oven, and stand for an extended period of time***

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Responsible for the whole baking process for bagels (making dough, boiling, placing bagels in oven, etc)
-Adhering to proper storage processes such as moving bagels from the walk-in cooler, storing in delivery crates, etc.
-Learn and use baking and kitchen equipment and tools
-Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking work spaces
-Ensure all baking supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift
-Complying with all health and safety guidelines, including dress code and personal hygiene
No experience needed; training will be provided
