We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Bayshore Club. Located in the beautiful coastal area of Coconut Grove, our restaurant offers a stunning ocean view combined with exceptional dining experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
– Assist the general manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring smooth service delivery
– Train and mentor staff members to provide outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism
– Monitor and maintain the quality of food, beverages, and service to meet or exceed customer expectations
– Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively
-Collaborate with the general manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability
– Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and provide ongoing training
– Maintain inventory levels, track expenses, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and labor control
– Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures
– A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
