Trilogy MedWaste is looking for a motivated and experienced route driver to join the team. The driver is responsible for performing assigned duties during the collection and transport of medical waste. Employee must demonstrate the ability to maintain neat and orderly appearance and paperwork, and the ability to operate a smart phone. This position involves route collection with a delivery truck, loading and unloading product tubs. Job duties include pushing/pulling wheeled containers and climbing in/out of cargo compartment. Requirements:
Ability to consistently lift up to 80lbs
Ability to pull/push 500lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Must be able to pass a background check, driving record, a physical and drug/alcohol screen
Must have a valid driver’s license
3 years of experience driving commercial motor vehicles or comparable vehicles
Must have excellent organizational skills
Must have great customer service skills
DOT medical certification (DOT Card) preferred
Physical demands include lifting, pulling, pushing and climbing
Position requires extensive lifting, walking, bending, climbing, pulling and pushing
Must be at least 21 years old
