We need 2 people to round out our crew. First is a Daytime Prep person, 10-3 PM. 4-5 days a week. Must have good knife skills, be able to follow recipes consistently.
Next we need a Night Line Cook. Must be experienced in grill & saute’, 3-11 PM 5 days a week. Weekends a must. Pay is 16-18 hr depending upon experience. Must have reliable transportation and a good work ethic. Bi- Yearly bonuses.
