Early AM Prep – Wesley Chapel, FL
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef
· Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
· Food preparation and portioning prior to service
· Coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
· Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
· Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Physical Demands:
· Lift and carry up to 30 pounds, remain on your feet for several hours, work under pressure, bend, reach, and stoop
