The Confidante is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our amazing team. Originally built in the 1940s, The Confidante is a vibrant, playful, sophisticated, yet approachable modern-day experience we call retro-glam. Our Miami Beach oasis is ideally located between the hustle of South Beach and the bustle of Miami’s hip art districts.

The Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Managers in overseeing the operation and staff of the restaurant to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency.
Qualifications
Essential Functions: (Includes but not limited to the following)
Ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of restaurant including tables and side stations
Assist in maintaining a smooth running operation
Monitor food quality and service level
Monitor payroll and revenue
Provide a pleasant and efficient atmosphere for staff and guests
Assist in inventory control
Maintain service standards
Responsible for daily paperwork including payroll, inventory, etc.
Assist staff with any problems that may occur
Inspect what we expect. Monitor the staff on side work and uniform standards
Assist in pre-shift meetings
Assist with coaching and counseling of staff
Be knowledgeable about in room dining and assist if need
