Front Desk Agent
Duties:
– Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
– Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded accurately
– Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests
– Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, room reservations, and other hotel services
– Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
