Location: Hilton Garden Inn Orlando- 5877 American Way, Orlando, FL 32819
The Hilton Garden Inn Orlando near Universal is looking for a front desk agent to join their team! Responsibilities include: providing superior customer service to all guests, managing reservations, responding to guest requests, obtaining pertinent information, and assigning rooms prior to or during guest arrival.
Must have flexibility for 1st or 2nd shift (7 AM-3 PM, 3PM – 11PM respectively), weekdays and weekends
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Hotel and/or customer service experience is preferred. Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices, pre-established guidelines and procedures used by the company in relation to guest service is necessary. Computer skills preferred.
