Interact with customers and process their orders and provide information in response to customer’s inquiries, concerns and requests about our products and services.
Responsibilities:Answer customer’s calls in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
Interface directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Assist in increasing sales and profitability to each account by suggesting new and complementary products to our customers.
Optimize fill rates by providing subs for items out of stock or discontinued.
Keep record of all backorders.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Assist customers with special needs and requests (quotes, road net, special order, faxing of credit applications. etc.)
Participate in all sales promotions and offer them to our customers.
Assist sales consultants with their handheld or sales pro orders.
Communicate problems/needs to the customer service manager,
Communicates information, problems, and customer request to his/her sales consultants.
Qualifications:1-2 years of previous customer service experience
3+ years of MS Office, familiarity with using software and data entry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You possess an awesome phone personality with a winning attitude of wanting to help others.
Physical requirements include but not limited to; sitting, standing and/or walking
