The Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant is seeking a full-time Junior Assistant Kitchen Manager for our location in downtown Denver! Areas of responsibility include:
Working closely with our GM and KM to execute daily kitchen operations.
Supervising food preparation and line procedures.
Ensuring that health code and cleanliness standards are met at all times.
Train and cross-train BOH staff.
