ATLA, located in the heart of Noho, is currently seeking Line Cooks to join their BOH team.
As a line cook, some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for preparing all food items according to standardize recipes
Cooking, plating, garnishing, and expediting food
Maintaining communication with front of house staff to ensure timely service to the guests
Using safe food handling procedures
Requirements:
2 years experience in a high volume restaurant
Culinary degree a plus
Ability to multi task in a very high paced environment
Excellent commuincation skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus
