Job Summary:
Responsible for delivery of medication, medical equipment and supplies to the patient’s home.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Deliver medication to patient home.
Responds to emergency delivery calls as needed during regular business hours and on- call basis.
Completes orders in a timely manner.
Ensures necessary start of care and delivery ticket paperwork are signed.
Provide ETAs to Pharmacy/Pharmacy Dispatch/ Call Center/ Customer Service when requested.
Complies with infection control policies and safety standards of the company, OSHA and FMCSA.
Complies with Pharmacy/ Dispatch policies and procedures.
Reviews patient handbook.
Perform daily pre-vehicle inspection.
Non-essential duties
Assist with monthly Inventory count
Relay patient complaints /issues to the Pharmacy department.
Attendance is consistently present and punctual, meets company standards.
Is able to perform wok accurately and efficiently under pressure.
Collects co-pay as necessary.
