PT in a SNF setting-Full Time
Job responsibilities will include:
- To provide quality care within the PT scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
- To assist in the evaluation process and with identifying a target list, including short-term goals, long-term goals and treatment plan
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Successful passage of the National Exam.
- Has current PT license (or is license-eligible) in the state of practice
