La Mercerie located in the Roman and Williams Guild in Soho, by chef Marie Aude-Rose celebrates everyday French cooking. Bordier butter, Whole roasted Heritage Chicken with shallot confit, and a rich flourless chocolate cake are just a few examples of the seasonal menu of La Mercerie. From brunch to dinner, aperitifs and wine pour continuously, served along side an ever satisfying menu. 1-2 years experience as a pastry cook
Well-rounded pastry experience including plating, assembling, tempering chocolate, baking cakes, making ice cream, etc.
Able to work production and service
Eagerness to learn and grow
Positive demeanor, ability to take direction, and passion for the food industry
Open availability to work weekends & afternoons
