The Restaurant Systems Specialist is responsible for the development, maintenance, and escalated support of restaurant-oriented systems for Centurion Restaurant Group. This includes websites for ADA compliance, POS, Inventory, online ordering, third party delivery, loyalty, internal shared drive and information database systems, restaurant-based entertainment [TV, recorded music, etc.], PDR connectivity and projection, and more. This position will assist in POS/ordering architecture and inventory including back-end configuration, digital menu design and management, and the development/maintenance of hardware standards. The Restaurant Systems Specialist will play a major role in new projects and initiatives, new store openings, and enhancement of existing platforms as well as support to the restaurants. This role will report to the Director of Analysis and Project Management.
Primary Duties:
Owner of POS related platforms (POS, online ordering, third party delivery, loyalty, stored value) and inventory
Oversight of website ADA Compliance through regular scans and action planning to address issues
Ongoing management/maintenance of CRG digital menus [third party menus].
Owner of CRG email system and user roll
System Access Gatekeeper responsible for assigning and revoking credentials
Ensure the stability of restaurants from an IT perspective.
Troubleshooting of restaurant platforms and hardware.
Development for new and existing restaurant systems.
Assist with new store installs and occasional onsite field work.
Liaise with management and leadership to ensure desired functionality of restaurant technology.
Work directly with the IT consultant to solve complex issues and implement enhancements for the field.
Document restaurant processes and provide applicable training to the field and CRG corporate team
Occasional overflow of general support requests.
Maintain and support CRG surveillance camera system
Job Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of restaurant IT experience (or POS experience with demonstrated ability to quickly learn restaurant platforms)
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Experience with the successful prioritization and management of multiple projects/platforms at once
Ability to work within, and understand change and release management processes
Some travel (15%) required
Comfortability with a rapidly expanding brand
