Requirements:
• BILINGUAL (English-spanish) & Proven work experience as a sales representative in Hispanic CPG market
• Excellent knowledge in closing strategies
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Responsibilities:
• Identify and establish contact with potential customers
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
• Establish, Develop and maintain relationships with new customers
• Identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact
• Identify new opportunities for potential sales
• Recommend sales strategies to target a specific region or demographic
• Generate and submit sales reports to management
• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Continuously improve through feedback and product knowledge training
