We are looking for an experienced Tropical Smoothie Cafe Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the café, including overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and managing budgets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the café, including staffing, customer service, and inventory control.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of sales, costs, and inventory.
Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and profits.
Train and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
