Our working schedule is Monday–Friday from 3:30pm–8:30pm.
What we expect
IT Asset Management Group has an immediate opening for a part-time Warehouse Associate. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, willing to learn new skills, and will be a dedicated and hard worker. No IT experience or computer knowledge is required but basic computer skills and interest in technology is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory, asset tag, and sort various types of computer equipment
- Use of hand scanners and our digital inventory management system and apps to assign equipment to boxes, zones, and or warehouse locations
- Unload and palletize equipment
- Physically move heavy boxes on dollies and heavy pallets on pallet jacks
- Sort wires, cables, keyboards, IT peripherals and other scrap
- Weigh, receive, and document inbound/outbound shipment
- Ensure quality control standards are being met or exceeded
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Education, Experience & Training:
- Basic Computing and Spreadsheet Skills (Excel) a must
- Knowledge with UPS/Fedex/DHL
- Knowledge with inventory cycle count
Skills & Abilities:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self- motivated and resourceful problem-solver
- Able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
- Must communicate effectively and work well with others
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
