Our Customer Experience Team is beginning their expansion by adding another entry level Customer Experience Representative to their roster. The desire to cause our Customer Experience team to grow is to emulate the results we are witnessing in our clients’ portfolio. The entry level Customer Experience Representative will start by building a foundation of awareness in compliance to our customer base, potential new customers and our clients’ product offerings. The entry level Customer Experience Representative will generate new leads by solidifying and maintaining a strong relationship base with our current customers. Our company is continuing our progressive movement and leading the Customer Experience field. Each entry level Customer Experience Representative that we acquire will have the fortuity to progress into upper management, contingent upon the individual’s ability to abide by our clients standards and regulations.
Customer Experience Team’s Daily Mission:
Consistent networking to maintain and aim for higher results to reach client goals and submitting daily consumer tracking to Customer Experience Manager
Become proficient in our products to allow one to quickly advise the potential new leads during their experience
Be proactive and participate during sales meetings to ensure optimal success for the client
Delegate responsibility as needed for other team members ones is overseeing (providing them all materials needed, promotional offer pricing, compliance, and territory assessment)
The ability to quickly identify customers needs and the options we have to provide them the best overall experience
Requirements:
Experience in fields relative to customer service, sales or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with customers and clients
Attention to detail and care for our customers and their experience
Ability to deliver an unmatched customer experience that results in repeat business
Desire to lead from the front and continue to propel the business forward in the marketplace
